LensFree Life provides orthokeratology consultation and lens subscription services in Australia. Our services include:
- Initial eye examinations and ortho-k assessments
- Custom lens fitting
- Ongoing monitoring and support
- Lens replacement subscriptions

Subscription Terms
Subscription Plans
Our subscription plans include:
- Initial consultation and fitting
- Regular progress checks as specified in your plan
- Lens replacements at specified intervals
- Ongoing support and emergency appointments
Minimum Term
All subscriptions require a minimum 12-month commitment. This reflects the nature of ortho-k treatment, which requires consistent monitoring and care.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription after the minimum term by providing 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply if cancelled within the minimum term.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.
Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is due on the anniversary of your subscription start date
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment plans (Zip, Afterpay)
- Medicare and private health insurance rebates are processed separately
Late Payments
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, a late fee of $15 may be applied. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.
Your Responsibilities
As a subscriber, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical history
- Follow lens care and hygiene instructions
- Attend scheduled appointments
- Report any eye discomfort, pain, or vision changes immediately
- Keep contact information up to date
- Pay fees as agreed
Lens Care and Hygiene
Proper lens care is essential for safe ortho-k wear. You must:
- Wash hands before handling lenses
- Use only approved cleaning solutions
- Replace lens cases regularly
- Never share lenses with others
- Store lenses properly when not in use
- Discontinue use and contact us if you experience discomfort
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by LensFree Life and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim
- We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to follow instructions
- We do not guarantee specific treatment results
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees about the quality of services.

Our handling of personal and health information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us at complaints@lensfreelife.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a response within 10 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Health Complaints Commissioner or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (for privacy complaints).
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Posting a notice on our website
- Sending an email to registered users
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
